Open Enrollment for the Florida Prepaid College Plan 2012-2013 season has ended. While we are not accepting Prepaid applications at this time, you may be eligible to enroll in a Florida 529 Savings Plan.

With a Florida Prepaid College Plan, you lock-in today's plan prices and help provide your child with an opportunity-filled future that comes with a college education.

The Florida Prepaid College Board offers four affordable Prepaid Plan options that allow families to prepay the cost of college tuition, most required fees and dormitory housing. What you pay now is guaranteed§, no matter how much college costs increase in the future. In addition to the Prepaid Plans, families may also purchase a University Dormitory Plan for on-campus housing expenses.

Quick Chart Tuition, Registration, & Local Fees
The Prepaid Plan covers the registration fees (the tuition, financial aid, and Capital Improvement Trust Fund fees) local fees (activity and service, athletic and health fees) and the registration fees (the tuition, Capital Improvement and financial aid fees) and local fees (the student activity and service and technology fees) at Florida's public colleges.
Tuition Differential Fee
The tuition differential fee is a fee charged by public universities in Florida pursuant to Section 1009.24(16) Florida Statutes. All state universities in Florida charge this fee.
Credit Hours
Credit hours are the amount of hours covered by the individual Prepaid Plan. Lower Division and Upper Division hours are for Florida public colleges (formally community colleges.)
