As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we will be updating our system. This update will allow the Florida Prepaid College Board to best meet the future needs of our customers.
During this update, online customer access for both Florida Prepaid and Florida 529 Savings Plans will be unavailable from April 25 to May 7, 2017. No action is required on your part, and when the updates are complete, you will be able to access your account as before.

If you have a Florida Prepaid Plan:
Our Customer Service Team is available for general questions during the system update, however, representatives will not have access to your specific Prepaid Plan information. All automated and mailed payments will be processed as usual.
If you have a Florida 529 Savings Plan:
Our Customer Service Team will be able to assist you with your Florida 529 Savings Plan over the phone. If you would like to conduct a transaction for your Savings Plan, please complete and return the necessary form by mail or fax (850-309-1766). See links below.
If you would like to enroll in a new Plan:
New Savings Plan and Prepaid Plan enrollments and/or additions to existing plans can be made after the system update is complete.
