As of July 7, 2025, all existing Florida Prepaid customers must create a new login in our upgraded Customer Account Management Portal (CAMP).

To get started, you’ll create a new username and password. We recommend using the same email address and first and last name associated with your current account.*
Need help? Learn more about the new system and the account retrieval process.
If you choose a different email address for your CAMP account than the one that is currently associated with your account, we will send a one-time password to the existing email account. If you no longer have access to that email account, you must contact our Customer Service team by phone or online chat to update your email address.
